We like traveling, meeting new places and new people. We love art and we like to keep informed about the latest design news and trends. We decided to open this apartment in the center of Rome to share the beauty of our city with our guests. It is not only about renting a house but also to "accompany" our guests to discover the history of a thousand-year-old city, its culture, its way of life.
Ci piace viaggiare, conoscere nuovi luoghi e nuove persone. Amiamo l'arte e ci piace tenerci informati sulle ultime novità e tendenze del design. Abbiamo deciso di mettere a disposizione questo appartamento in pieno centro di Roma per condividere con i nostri ospiti la bellezza della nostra città. Non si tratta solo di affittare una casa ma anche di "accompagnare" i nostri ospiti alla scoperta della storia di una città millenaria, della sua cultura, del suo modo di vivere.

The apartment of over 100sqm is located on the 4th floor of a historic building (opened in 1926 as a theater) with an elevator, just minutes from the Spanish Steps. It is ideally located for those wishing to visit Rome on foot, in a charming, characteristic and quiet street, within walking distance of all the main monuments, museums and churches of Rome.
L'appartamento di oltre 100mq si trova al 4^ piano di un palazzo storico (inaugurato nel 1926 come teatro) dotato di ascensore,a pochi minuti da Piazza di Spagna. Si trova in una posizione ideale per chi desidera visitare Roma a piedi, in una strada affascinante, caratteristica e tranquilla, a pochi passi da tutti i principali monumenti, musei e chiese di Roma.

The Apartment
Quiet, simple and elegant,it consists of a cozy living area with a view of the Quirinal Palace, a sleeping area with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms (one equipped with a whirlpool tub) and a modern,fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer. Wi-Fi, Smart TV included.
Silenzioso, semplice ed elegante, è composto da un’accogliente zona living con vista sul Palazzo del Quirinale, da una zona notte con due ampie camere da letto, da due bagni (uno dotato di vasca idromassaggio) e da una moderna ed attrezzata cucina con lavastoviglie, lavatrice/asciugatrice. In dotazione Wi-Fi, Smart TV.
